Jewelry - Making the real thing

So, you've decided to move up to "real" metal working, but you don't know a thing.  Well, what we are going to try and do here is provide an introduction and answer some of the questions you did not even know to ask.

The nice thing about jewelry making is that it takes up much less room than costuming.  It all stores in a box or two, sometimes a large box... however it's expensive and will still cost you the same.

Please contribute and grow this section.  Tips and examples do not need to be LOTR related. Technique is what counts here.   If you have a jewelry making article, we will host it.
