The Lord of the Rings Motion Picture Trilogy – The Exhibition

This interactive exhibit is traveling the world.   It will showcase costumes, props, armor, miniatures, make-up, special effects, and digital events.  There will be video interviews as well as immersion and interactive experiences.

Since the items in this traveling exhibit are not going to change, we are going to track them together here.

Items in the exhibit:

• Costume and Armor items: "Some of the favorite costumes featured in the exhibition include Arwen's riding costume, Galadriel's stunning dress, and Gandalf's robes... twelve complete sets of armor including King Théoden's"
• Jewelry: "Elven brooches, Ringwraith crowns and rings, the Evenstar - the jewel that Arwen gives to Aragorn, and Galadriel's and Gandalf's Rings of Power. "
• Props: "Weapons belonging to Arwen, Gandalf, Frodo, and Aragorn... Hobbit feet, Orc teeth, Lurtz's facial prosthetic, and the orc contact lenses."
• Minatures: "Hobbiton Mill, The Tower of Orthanc, and Sauron's tower, Barad-dur. "
