The Shaman

The scary ancient lady with stringy white hair is the shaman of the Skull Island Natives.  She is the one that choose the blond-haired Ann as the perfect sacrifice for Kong.

First seen, her hair stings into her face.  For the sacrifice, she dons an intricately woven net and crown of silver.

"The actress playing the shaman spent five hours in the chair with three prosthetic and makeup technicians working to transform her into the terrifying crone. Additionally, as the Islanders are first seen during a rainstorm, Weta workers developed a waterproof process for coloring their skin."
