This is a separates outfit

White "shell", can't tell if it's light knit or light cotton, probably stretch

Sleeves? Sleeveless or small cap.

Kaki skirt, either cotton or linen fabric. Tucked in waist band???

Bright multi-stranded necklace, may be a dyed sea shell necklace.

A white slip

A dark kaki cap, probably cotton canvas or duct, may be borrowed.

This look would be very easy to assemble. It's a fun casual outfit.
