Maggie's Rose Gown

Maggie - USA
Here is Maggie's Arwen Rose dress. It was
made out of rose colored stretch velvet and dyed embroidered chiffon.
The designs on the belt and sleeves were done by embossing the velvet
with a rubber stamp, an iron, and a damp cloth.
