Requiem and Blood Red Dresses

Stephanie (rosewood39) - Wyoming, USA
My sister Sarah is the model.
Patterns used: Simplicity 7964 for the under dress, changing the
neckline and lengthening the sleeves to the elbow. For the lower
sleeves I made my own pattern. For the jumper I used Simplicity
9309 and lengthen it.
More photos and information is at my site,

Original Arwen's Wedding Dress
|
Kell - Tennessee, USA
Made using mainly Simplicity 9891 - the whole design took elements
from various other Arwen costumes to create what I thought would be an
original wedding dress. :) I have a detailed info page at

Elven Twilight
|
Sidhe - Ohio, USA The undergown is a simple
elven-style wine coloured stretch velvet, with large sleeves. The
over-robe is in a billowy cotton material in variegated grey. I am
wearing the Noble Collection's Arwen Requiem brooch on the neck of the
gown, and a Didier Cova headpiece. The lantern was purchased, and is
dangling from a chain that is actually intended as a belt. The belt is
2 gold braids, hanging to form 4 tails. |
