Galadriel's Pin

I used an oval mother of pearl for the center.  Sculpy was used for the remainder of the pin.  The sculpy company sells an extruder very similar to a cookie press that was used to create the surrounding design.  After baking the pin, it was painted with a translucent pearlized craft paint.

Galadriel's Mirror Dress

Pattern: Simplicity 9891

Fabric: The outer dress is made of a floral lace.  The underdress is a white polyester.  The underdress is cut true to the pattern.  I raised the neckline of the overdress a couple of inches.  The sleeves were lengthened and squared.  The inside seam of the sleeves is open to the wrist to allow for freedom of movement and use of hands.

Galadriel's Prolog Dress

Pattern: Simplicity 9891

The fabric I used was actually curtain sheers (Valencia) from JC Penny's.  I flat lined each piece with a white polyester I found in the $1 a yard bin at Walmart.  I lengthened each sleeve about 5 inches and made my own cowl neck (trial and error method)- otherwise I pretty much followed the pattern.

I sewed a single 6mm white bead and some white sequins on each of the flowers in the fabric design.
