Here we feature costumes from our folks who have recreated some of the
citizens from Hobbiton.
Work here represents recreations at all skill levels.

This is my third version of the Frodo
costume - and this time I think I'm finished with it! Hopefully.... I
finally found the best fabric possible for a good price, and although
it's not herringbone wool, it looks just like it!! That is what the
coat is made of. The pants and vest are cottonteen velvet, and the
shirt is made of linen with very pretty shell-like buttons. The cloak
is made of a wool like fabric, and is pretty heavy but it adds to the
feeling of reality. The ears are the same as before, by Cinema
Secrets. The wig is a real hair wig that I cut to look like Frodo's
hair. Other than the shoes I'm wearing, I'm happy with the costume!
