I had a Two Towers
viewing party when it came out on DVD. I made my home look like Bag End
and dressed in costume as Frodo. The cool thing about my costume is that
I can't sew at all! With the help of all the good advice on the Lord of
the Rings research page and with the graciousness of talented friends, I
had a costume from vest to pants and cool Hobbit ears to hairy Hobbit

Ages ago when the first movie came out a
local movie theatre asked our small theatre troupe to come in costume to
the opening and do some promotional work.
I decided to dress up like Gollum despite the fact that I had not yet
seen the movie and had no idea how the film would portray Gollum (and
I'm female, but I didn't let a little thing like gender stand in my way!
